Comprehensive physical fitness course designed to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance (muscular and cardiovascular) in an effective and efficient manner. Mandatory orientation and evaluation (pre-testing and post-testing) accompanies the program. Designed to develop baseline fitness levels for all persons with varying fitness levels.

College-level content and coursework. Students must enroll and register for the course through Eastern Washington University. Parent(s) and guardians must give consent to participate in the class.
