This course focuses on the principles and fundamentals of training and performing basic weight training exercises. Students will learn basic musculoskeletal anatomy and its relationship to weight training.

This class is only offered to students enrolled in SKM 200/201/300/301. College-level content and coursework. Students must enroll and register for the course through Central Washington University. Parent(s) and guardians must give consent to participate in the class.
